Septoplasty

The nasal septum is a wall of cartilage and bone that divides the nasal cavity in a pit right and left.

When the highly deviated septum can cause obstruction (preventing breathing through the nose) and sometimes an increase in infections difficult Nasal mucus drainage. Septoplasty is surgery to correct a deviated septum.

Septoplasty usually only requires admission on the day of the operation.
